What is a drop?
A drop is a collection of designs that are released together. Each drop will contain between 1-5 pieces per institution in limited quantity.
How long do I have to shop a drop?
Items will last until they are sold out. Then that design will be placed in the vault.
How often will drops occur?
Drops will occur 2 to 3 times a year.
When is the next drop?
We can't say; however, stay close to our social media pages and watch out for emails.
I missed a drop. Can I order from the vault?
No. However, there may come a time when we clean out the vault. So all hope isn’t lost.

I placed the wrong order. What are my options?
Unfortunately, we have a no exchange, refund or size change policy once an order has shipped. All exchanges, size changes and refunds must be submitted via email (contact@8WApparel.com) prior to receiving tracking information.
How will I know the status of my order?
You will receive an email containing the status of your order and a tracking number or simply shoot us an email and we will provide updates.
